When I tie Technical Architecture & Project Management

Since May 14, 2018, I joined Sogitec Industries to provide technical architecture on the tools and web applications of their documentation management information system for aircraft.

Also, I work in particular on the transformation of software to face new security requirements such as for example the withdrawal of support for java applets in browsers or the inclusion of Silverlight in IE.

In addition to these architectural tasks, I delegate tasks on other topics of development by following the allocated budget and raising alerts when necessary. This part being more of project management, I have the pleasure and the chance to have critical colleagues, in search of understanding of the need, in listening, reckless, technically autonomous and in search of progress.

Happy with my team, I allow myself to rely on them which allows me to concentrate on my other tasks: management, budget monitoring, specifications, tests and architectures.

I am always solicited on projects related to mine, being the technical leader; priority management is now an increasingly recurring subject in my work; a part cannot be decided by myself when it takes a long time, so I refer to the right person.

In short, I am happy with what I am doing; who could think that I would tie project management with architecture. I still have some progress to make in management. What professional progress in one year !!
